Drivers will see single-lane restrictions on Interstate 83 and Route 15 this week.
Crews plan to patch potholes on I-83 between the state line and the Emigsville exit, and they'll be spot milling bumps on Route 15 southbound between South Mountain and Ore Bank roads in Carroll Township.
All work this week is scheduled for Monday through Wednesday.

Work continues on the $71 million Donner III construction project to improve Interstate 80.
Work includes repaving the existing roadway with Portland Cement Concrete, reconstructing failed sections of roadway, adding new drainage systems, upgrading existing drainage systems and construction of a new sediment/debris collection system.
Completion is expected in 2011.

Berks County officials say the best hope for Route 222 is to expand the road to a four-lane highway between Blandon and Kutztown.
Members of the Reading Area Transportation Study have voted unanimously to support a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation study on widening the two-lane road.

For two years, Independent Alliance Coun Jane Branley campaigned for an extra crossing on Imeary Street, in Westoe.
Now she has been given the news she has been waiting for, at the Riverside Community Area Forum.
During a discussion of forthcoming construction projects in the area, it was announced that a new zebra crossing for the area is now 'on order', with work due to start on January 10, and expected to be completed within a week.

Some lanes on Interstate 64 will be closed this weekend for repaving.

I-64 west/I-95 north (Henrico)- The exit ramp from I-64 west /I-95 north to I-195 south will be closed Nov. 22 from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. the detour is as follows:
Left on Laburnum Ave. then enter I-195 south.

The money to maintain the Massachusetts Turnpike has to come from somewhere, and it appears many drivers agree that cash should come from the drivers who use the road.
The group Citizens Against Road Tolls filed two ballot questions to require the state to eliminate tolls on the Pike, the Tobin Bridge, and the Boston Harbor Tunnels.
However, they've fallen short of the number of signatures needed to put the questions on next year's ballot.

Illinois Department of Transportation Secretary Gary Hannig announced Friday that IDOT is giving motorists a break by suspending lane closures where possible over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

A Holcomb convenience store owner's wish to vacate county road abutting his property has yet to be resolved.
A Finney County District Court hearing scheduled for Friday was continued in the case of Presta Oil Inc., the company that owns the Presto convenience store at 7935 W. U.S. Highway 50.
