Steve Oberson, 47, of Oregon City was then airlifted to Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital in Portland for treatment.

Crews will be replacing the 190 to 290 interchange ramp, reducing traffic to one lane in that area, with construction expected to continue through November, and then again next spring.

A crumbling bridge led to traffic problems Sunday night when a chunk of pavement fell near the Keystone Dam.
